Core Principles

Be respectful of the space and each other

Be on time and prepared

Leave the room as you found it (or better)

Take responsibility for your people, energy, and impact

Respect Time

Start and end within your booked time

Include setup and breakdown in your session

Exit promptly so the next booking can begin on time
Care for the Space

Return the studio to its original condition

Dispose of trash and wipe down surfaces if needed

Keep floors clean and appropriate for movement use
Hold a Safe, Inclusive Environment

Create a welcoming, non-discriminatory space for all participants

Supervise your group at all times

Follow occupancy limits and general safety practices
Be Considerate

Keep music at a reasonable level (we have neighbors!)

Be mindful of shared areas and neighboring activity

Communicate clearly with your participants before arrival
Don’t
-
Don’t run over your scheduled time
-
Don’t leave trash, belongings, or equipment behind
-
Don’t drag heavy objects or use anything that may damage floors or mirrors
-
Don’t bring unapproved equipment or installations
-
Don’t disrupt other sessions or common areas
-
Don’t use the space for activities different from what was booked
Additional Notes
Participants

You are responsible for everyone attending your session

Ensure all participants complete our required waivers
Personal Belongings

Bring a water bottle to refill at our station (We will have some available for purchase)

The Wave Room is not responsible for lost or stolen items
Damages
-
Any damage to the space or equipment must be reported promptly
-
Costs for repair or replacement may apply
Prohibited Activities
The Wave Room is intended for professional, creative, educational, and wellness-related use only.
The following are strictly prohibited:

Illegal activities of any kind

Drug use or possession of illegal substances

Smoking or vaping inside the studio

Excessive intoxication or disruptive behavior
-
Harassment, discrimination, threats, or violence
-
Sexual activity or use of the space for adult-oriented services or content
-
Unauthorized parties or gatherings
TWR reserves the right to immediately terminate any session or booking that violates these policies without refund.
